Yes, your interest earning is subject to withholding tax based on a specific prevailing rate determined by General Department of Taxation, Ministry of Economy and Finance, Royal Government of Cambodia from time to time. Currently, withholding tax of six percent (6%) is applied on resident customers and fourteen percent (14%) on non-resident customers. Therefore, only net-off amount after tax is paid out.
Yes, it is. With FDA, you can choose an option of “Automatic Roll Over” during account opening or inform WB Finance’s staff to set this option for you during one day before the FDA is matured. You can also renew your deposits for any term (1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24 or 36 months) upon request. Two options for contract roll-over are available:

You can prematurely withdraw your FDA-Normal only by notifying WB Finance staff at your deposit branch in advance with at least 1 working days’ notice. The interest will be zero if the withdrawal takes place less than 30 days (<30 days). For premature withdrawal transacted equal to or more than 30 days (≥ 30 days), the prevailing interest rate of Hope Savings Account will be applied. However, for FDA-Fixed, you are not allowed to premature by following terms and conditions.
You need to immediately notify WB Finance and request for a new one. You are totally responsible for any liability that may incur prior to such notice. In this case, you need to pay an administrative fee determined by WB Finance.
Kindly bring your Savings Passbook and Certificate of Deposit (for FDA) with you whenever you need to do any transactions on your account.
Account Statement or Account Balance Confirmation is offered upon request with an administrative fee determined by WB Finance.
